In March of 2019 a new 4-week mindfulness course begins. In 4 sunday sessions we focus on being mindful while breathing and training our attention. By intensive training with some assignments to practice at home in between the sessions we lay the foundation for a mindful life.

In 4 weeks time you will learn the basics of mindfulness, learn new skills how to deal with the daily challenges and experience a lot of mindfulness practices for your own toolbox that you can use in stressful situations.
Mindfulness is about being present in the current moment in a non-judgemental way. Did you know that practicing mindfulness reduces stress and over-thinking, increases your concentration and boosts your creativity?
Each session has its own theme and deals with a separate aspect of mindfulness and thus provides you with a wide variety of practical mindful skills.
How the mindfulness course is organized
The mindfulness course is divided in 4 sessions of 1,5 hour each. Each session provides you with a dosis of minfulness and meditation techniques and in between the courses you’ll practice at home. Each session starts at 19:30 (except the third session which takes place outside during daylight). You are welcome for a cup of tea from 19:20.
On March 10 session 1: Introduction & Breathing
On March 17 session 2: Movement & Pace
On March 24 session 3: The healing power of nature and silence (starts at 14:00)
On March 31 session 4: Stress & Relaxation in daily life
The investment in yourself is set at 249 euro, with VAT included. When you are a student or have a likewise income the contribution is 199 euro. If you are self-employed or your company pays your contribution 21% VAT is added. In case you’d like to join and the contribution is withholding you please contact us and we’ll find a solution.
Make sure that for every session you’ll be present 10 minutes in advance so that you’ll start with a calm energy. Wear suitable clothes (there is an area for changing clothes). All other material is available. Tea is served from 19:20.

Please make sure that you’ll register in advance. All mindfulness courses are usually fully booked. You can sign up by filling out the form, click the button at the end of this page to reach this form. There is a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants in this training. You can register if you attend at least 3 out of 4 sessions.
Location of the course
The 4 week mindfulness course takes place in the “Haagse Yogacentrum”, which is located at ‘de Sillestraat 13’ in Bezuidenhout.
